Kerry P. Tracy

CEO
As co-founder of Working Media Group, Kerry is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in communications strategy and execution. Utilizing the appropriate resources with expertise in media and market research, data mining, communications planning and accountability, Kerry is providing the best in communications services for his growing client base. With over 25 years experience in media, marketing and sales, Kerry’s background of working with Fortune 500 clients like American Express, Pfizer and Unilever provide a best practice approach with small and mid-sized clients in the health, beauty and financial category. Working Media Group’s unique hybrid approach benefits both the Branders and Direct Response clients.

Prior to founding Working Media Group, Kerry served as Managing Director of Time Inc Strategic Communications, a division of Time Inc. and the #2 Direct Marketing Company in the world. He helped build stronger relationships for his clients best customer base through customized communications.

Kerry was Publisher of the Delta inflight publications and Founder of Kerry Publishing Corp. He had previously sold television time for CBS. Tracy has a Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley College, Waltham MA and attended the Kellogg Graduate School of Management Executive program, Evanston IL. Tracy is past Trustee of The Epiphany Foundation and Board Director of the Peter Stuyvesant Little League.

Marty D. Avallone

President
Over 25 years of operating experience in variety of executive roles and brings together strategic business and media consulting experience. Marty co-founded Working Media Group realizing that there was a huge untapped need for high quality media services to mid-size firms. By aligning Working Media Group’s interest with those of its clients and delivering expert advice and professional service at the best pricing , all would succeed. The meteoric growth of the firm validated this assumption. Marty has successfully built and executed media campaigns across a host of industries enabling his clients to grow and maximize the return on their advertising investment. He has successfully grown clients selling both B2B and B2C including clients from education, technology, consumer package goods, direct response and non-profits.

Based on syndicated and proprietary research, he is able to design plans that are best suited for the target audience and maximize efficiencies across all media. The negotiating skills developed as a lawyer have ensured the firm the best possible pricing and opportunities amongst various media.

Marty started his career as a lawyer and then moved on to a number of executive positions in sales and marketing at IBM. He then helped take public and significantly grow mid-size software firm, Mapics, which was later sold to private equity backed group.

Marty holds a JD from Duke University and bachelors degree in Economics from Columbia University.

Lisa Holton

CEO – Working Media Group Atlanta
Lisa is CEO of Working Media Group Atlanta www.wmgatlanta.com and attended Georgia College & State University. She has over 12 years’ experience in the media industry. She began her career as a news broadcaster for a local CBS affiliate but soon found her passion was not in front of the camera but working with clients and helping grow their business through strategic marketing plans and aggressive negotiations. She is expert in all media but loves applying her talents to the complex world of TV where she is able to secure the best placement, rates and value add for her many clients.

John P. Minahan

CFO
Responsible for Managing finance, marketing and new business development. He has substantial media negotiation and buying experience. John was the director of International Finance for publicly traded software company. Prior to that, John worked as a CFO for large media brokerage company. He was CPA for Arthur Anderson and Roedl. John holds bachelors degree in accounting from Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.

Michael J. Kelly is currently CEO of The Weather Channels and was the President of AOL Media Networks from February 2004 until September 2007. Media Networks is responsible for AOL’s global advertising business, including revenues, product and platform development, and media strategy for all of AOL’s properties, as well as its Advertising.com network. The Media Networks organization was formed in February 2004 and is headquartered in New York City. The unit has over 1500 employees worldwide.

Michael Marchesano

Michael Marchesano, a Managing Director with The Jordan, Edmiston Group, focuses on the firm’s leading M&A advisory practice to the business information services sector, which includes the wide array of companies providing data-driven products and services and marketing solutions. As a 25+ year media industry veteran and a former CEO at The Nielsen Company, Mr. Marchesano is known for his strong strategic and management skills. Christopher French

Christopher French has more than two decades of experience in executive management, strategic planning, M&A advisory services and product marketing. Mr. French, who leads Petsky Prunier’s healthcare practice, brings significant expertise advising marketing technology and services firms that support the life science industry. Prior to joining Petsky Prunier, Mr. French served as president and chief executive officer of Cadient Group, a private equity-backed, interactive marketing agency for life science companies. Previously, he served in a number of capacities—including senior vice president of global solutions marketing and corporate development, as well as general counsel—at Dendrite International, a provider of software, information and service solutions to the global life sciences industry. Prior to joining Dendrite, he was a merger and acquisition associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, a leading global law firm.
